Zelma Ruth Hall Allen, age 86. Resident of Ft. Wright, KY, formerly of Covington, KY. Passed to her eternal home on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. She was a retired General Office Clerk for Procter and Gamble Company, Cincinnati, OH. Member, sunday school teacher, choir member and secretary of the general board of the Highland Avenue Wesleyan Church, Covington, KY. She was preceded in death by her: beloved husband John Allen, Jr (2014); father Ernest Leonard Hall and mother Arietta Lois Britton Hall. She is survived by her: brother Donald E. (Sharon) Hall; sister Arneda (Edward) Hall Biddle ; step sons, Johnny “Junior” (Angelia) Allen, David (Kim) Allen, step daughter Sue (Tim) Fuller; niece Katrina Hall; nephews Jason (Tammy) Hall and Keith (Jessica) Hall. Visitation Monday, January 7th 11AM until hour of service 1:00 PM at the Highland Avenue Wesleyan Chuch, Covington, KY Interment Highland Cemetery, Fort Mithell, KY.
