Virginia Hofmeier Spencer, ager 98. Died Friday, February 19, 2016 at her California, KY residence, formerly of Covington, KY. She was retired from Union Central Life Insurance Co., Cincinnati, OH, and member of Latonia Baptist Church, Latonia, KY. Preceeding her in death were her: husband, Clifton Spencer, step granddaughter, Stephannie Lynn Pferrman, sister, Annie L. Sheatsly, and brothers, Edward and Frank Hofmeier. She is survived by a stepdaughter Susan Elaine Pferrman and several nieces and nephews. Chapel services and interment will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 23rd at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY. No Visitation.
