residence. He was a chef with the Strauss House Restaurant, Covington, KY. Enjoyed viedo games and Skate Blading. Survived by his: Wife Summer L. Parks Mullins: sons Ransom Indy Mullins, Jackson Oliver Mullins and Harrison Gage; his parents Tiffany Jackson Krie andTracy Shawn Mullins, Sr.; brothers Ruver Mullins, Hunter Mullins and Haromy Helphinestine; sister Kayla Dawson; grandmother Faye Allen Hall and aunt Hope Day.
