Hospice of Cincinnati Western Hills, OH Resident of Price Hill, OH.. GRAVESIDE SERVICES and INTERMENT: 11:30AM, Saturday Sept 24th Independence Cemetery, 5368 Madison Pike, Independence, Ky. VISITATION: Saturday Sept 24th 10:30AM until hour of services at the Cemetery..He was predeceased by Madge and Hurst Elam, Lucy Witt, Father Johnny E. Elam and Valerie Jones. Surviving are: Husband; Mark Prather, Sons-Joey and Senior Airman Jonathan Prather, Parents-John and Roberta Elam, Russell Elam, Sr. Joyce Petrey, Mother in Law- Betty Jackson, Siblings-Cindy Elam, Tammy (Scott) Lowe, Terrie Patton, Jamie Patton, Ronnie Petrey, Niece and Nephew, Ronald Madden, Chris Madden, Great Niece Brittany Madden, Great Nephew; Vincent Madden, Many Other beloved in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
