VISITATION 11:00AM until hour of service, Tuesday, May 14th at the funeral home. She is survived by her: husband- Howard Donnelly, Erlanger, KY; daughters- May Ann Donnelly, Elsmere, KY, Carol Osborne, Erlanger, KY; grandson- Dennie H. West, Erlanger, KY; granddaughte- Amanda R. Breeden, Erlanger, KY and brother- Roy Creekmore, Florence, KY.
