Robert Mark Hartman, 62, of Covington Kentucky passed away January 9, 2021 after a three-and-a-half year battle with cancer. He was a fighter throughout the duration of his cancer diagnosis, never giving up hope for a full recovery. Rob was a lifelong Covington resident, who worked as a trucking broker agent. He enjoyed golfing, softball, billards, and political talk, as well as having a solf spot for animals, including his beloved rescue dogs, Brutus and Stella, Rob was preceded in death by his parents Robert G. and Marion A. Hartman. He is survived by his sisters: Kathleen (Bill) Blackburn and Deborah (Doug) Rockenstein; brohers Richard (Donna) Hartman and David. Nieces and nephews: Billy (Kori) Blackburn, Jason (Erika) Rockenstein, Adam (Stacy) Rockenstein, Aaron Rockenstein, Meredith Hartman, Maura Hartman, Hailey Hartman, Hannah Hartman and Andrew Hartman, maternal aunt: Judy DeSalvo. Special Friends: Carol Finley, Kelly James, Steve and Cam Duncun. The family will have a private service and donastions can be made to Redemption Church, 2712 Birch Avenue, Covington, KY 41015.
