VISITATION, 10:00AM until time of services Friday at the funeral home. She is srvived by husband, David Lee Perkins, daughters, Debbra (Jerry) Combs, Stanley, VA, Beverly ( Randy) Boyce, Alexandria, KY, son, Timothy L.(Kimberly) Perkins, Independence, KY, 7-grandchildren, 5-great grandchldren, sister, Doris Pope, Greensburg, IN.
