Phillip Wayne Salter, Age 69. Resident of Covington, KY. Passed away Friday February 10, 2017 at Highlandsprings in Ft. Thomas, KY. He served in the U.S Marine Corps in Vietnam with First Amtracks and recipient of 2 Purple Hearts. Retired from Formica Company in 2006 after 37 years of servive as press operator. and was a mason. SERVICES; 1:00PM, Wednesday February 15th, Allison & Rose Funeral Home. 5645 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY. INTERMENT, Floral Hills Memorial Gardens with Military Honors, VISITATION, Wednesday, February 15th 10:00AM until hour service at the Funeral Home. Preceded in death by his : parents, Richard and Martha Bolten Salter. He is survived by his: wife, Peggy Sue Craft Salter, Covington, KY, son, Brian Salter, Union, KY, daughter, Camilla Jones, Latonia, KY, grandchildren, Hunter Jones, Tyler and Annalise Salter; brother, Richard Salter, Covington, KY; sister, Madeline Denham, Latonia, KY.
