Former SPD person for St. Luke Hospital, Florence,KY and packer for Khan’s Meat Packing Co, Cincinnati,OH. SERVICES 5PM Friday, September 28th Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Robbins Street and Madison Ave., Covington, KY. INTERMENT New Vine Run Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY. VISITATION 3 until hour of service Friday at the funeral home. Preceded in death by: her husband-Melvin Lee Smith (1991). daughters-Karen Laide (2012) and Kathy Brockman (2009).
