VISITATION Wednesday February 3rd, 10:00AM until hour of service at the funeral home. Interment, Independence Cemetery, Independence, KY. Preceded in death by husband Walter, "Beetle" Bailey, parents, John and Garnett Louise Shortridge Neal. brother, Fred Neal.
