Michael Joseph Starks, age 41. Passed away, friday October 26, 2018 at his Covington, KY residence. He was a data analysis project manager for ADS Enviromental Services of Northern Kentucky. Alumni of Scott High School, Northern Kentucky University and a great Red’s Baseball fan. Survived by his: beloved wife Jamie D. Nalley Starks; son Bryce Sanders; mother Theresa (David) Northcutt; sister Tara Northcutt; aunt Patricia (James) Starks; nephew Morgan Reichert and several cousins.
