SERVICE OF REMEMBERANCE AND CELEBRATION OF HIS LIFE 8PM Friday, December 5th ,Little Britian Carriage House, 5307 Idelwild Road, Burlington, KY. CREMATION Hillside Chapel, Cincinnati, OH. VISITATION 7 until 9PM Friday at Little Farm Carriage House. Preceded in death by his: father-Clifford Smith (1994); mother-Edith Fern Fields Smith Steinfort (2003) and brother-Charles William “Billy” Steinfort (1970). Surviving are his: wife-Amy Blake Smith (married 9-26–1912); daughter-Brittany Nicole (Brandon) Ballman, Flrorence,KY; granchildren-Madeline Ballman and Ellie Ballman; brothers-Robert W. Steinfort, Crescent Springs, KY, Hobert L. Gambrell, Latonia, KY: sister-Sherry Steinfort Martinez, Florence, KY and step grandddaughter-Lillie Elkins.
