Member of Latonia Legion Post 203, Latonia ,KY Services Private at the convenience of the family. No Visitation. Military Honors and Interment Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown, KY. Memorials may be made to the OSU Medical Center James Cancer Center, Columbus, OH 43210. Survivors: Wife-Leena Kinnunen Richter (Married 8-9-1968), Daughter-Sonja Richter Boles and Son-in-law-Bruce Boles, Covington, KY. Grandson Luke Richter. StepGrandchildren-Bryce and Kadie Boles.
