Lloyd W. Thornberry, Sr., age 80. Resident of Southgate, KY. Passed to his eternal home on Friday, March 8, 2019 at the Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, OH. He was a retired Switchman for the C&O Railroad, Inc. with 40 years of service. Enjoyed golfing at Twin Oaks, Devou Park, local golf courses and was well known in local
bowling leagues. He was preceded in death by his: parents-Willie Tom and Mary Alice McKinnley Thornberry; daughter-Kathy Adams; son-Kevin Thomas Thornberry, Sr.; grandson-Brett Thornberry; sisters-Geneva Questa. and Helen Johnstone. He is survived by his: wife of 37 years Vicki L. Mitchell Thornberry; sons, Keith Thornberry and Lloyd Thornberry, Jr.; daughters- Kim Jones and Kellie Thornberry; 26-gramdchildren and 38 great grandchildren: Friends may call from 11:00 AM until hour of service Tuesday March 12th at 2:00 PM at the Allison & Rose Funeral Home, 5645 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY.
