Lloyd William Baldwin, 98. Resident of Edgewood, KY, formerly of Lakeside Park, KY. Died Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the Emeritus of Edgewood. Born to the late Franklin and Lula Moore Baldwin, April 15, 1916, in Visalia, KY. Alumnus of Independence High School and the University of Cincinnati. The oldest of six children; Robert (deceased), Logan (deceased), Gloria (Jo) Rawlings, Blanche Dryden and Vera Baldwin. Married for 60 years to Norma Burnside who preceded him in death on May 31, 2000. Navy verteran of WW #2 and Korean Conflict, retiring as a Commander in the Naval Reserve. Worked in radio advertising, (News Director for WCKY), retiring as Communications Manager for The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Co. After retiring, enjoyed restoring and making furniture. He is survived by his: daughters-Deborah (Albert) Pyle, Sarah (Dennis) Dirr; granddaughters-Mary (Joseph) Burns, Eva (Paul) Smith; great grandchidlren-Emma Burns ,Madeline, Julia and Elaine Smith. SERVICES have been held. NO VISITATION. ENTOMBMENT Highland Cemetery Mausoleum, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
