Jeffrey Todd Spicer, Age 51. Resident of Florence, KY. Passed to his eternal reward on Monday, July 23, 2018 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Florence, KY. He was a waiter for vaious local restaurants. Enjoyed collecting and building WW#2 model war ships. Preceded in death by his mother Marilyn V. Robinson Spicer He is survived by his: father-Howard E. Spicer and brother Aaron Spicer. VISITATION 2 pm until hour of service Sunday at the funeral home. SERVICES 4:00 pm Sunday, July 25th Allison & Rose Funeral Home, 5645 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY. INTERMENT Spicer Family Cemetery, Jackson, KY.
