Surviving are his: Wife; Ruth Jones Owens, Covington, KY, Daughter; Karen Kerr, Covington, KY. Sons: Jim Owens,. Dayton, KY, Mike Owens, Covington, KY, 4-Grandchildren and 1-Great Granddaughter. Brothers: Paris Owens, Edgewood, KY, Earl Owens, Covington, KY, John Owens, Beaufort, SC, Sisters: Ruth Culyer and Betty Scottice both of Covington, KY and Sandra Jaggers, Chino Hills, CA.
