James Michael “J.D.” Deckard, age 50. Resident of Morning View, KY. Passed away Wednesday, Septemer 27, 2017. He was a residential rehabber. Well known drummer and guitar player with local bands. Preceded in death by his: father- Charles Vernon Deckard (10-30-1989). Survived by his: daughter- Heather Deckard; sons-Matthew and Kevin Deckard; mother-Barbara Brown Deckard; sister- Kristy Deckard and brothers-Gary and Danny Deckard.
