Ernest William Marksberry age 89. Resident of Covington, KY. Passed to his eternal home on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at the St. Elizabeth Health Center, Edgewood, KY. He was a retired Supervisor of the Display Department for the Nutone Company. Late survivors are his:wife Mary Carolyn Watters Marksberry parents Walter Paul and Myrtle Bird Marksberry; brothers Willis and Walter "Junior" Marksberry; sisters Loretta Watters and Gloria Eglian. He is survived by his son Dan R. Marksberry and daugther Abby (Tom) Shepherd; grandchildren Amy (Ryan) Floyd, Ben (Megan) Marksberry, Alex (Alex) Marksberry, Nicole (Sean) Denney, Elwood (Jessie Griffith) Ewing, and Shaun (Megan Black) Ewing. Great grandchildren Ava, Quinn and Kacey Floyd, Ellis and Brooks Marksberry, Damien, Keane and Caitlyn Denny, Rhyss Ewing and one great great grandchild on the way. Visitation Wednesday, October 27th 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill, KY. Funeral service 10:00 pm Thursday, October 28th at the Allison & Rose Funeral Home, 5645 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY. Interment Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, KY.
