David H. “Junior” Puckett, Jr. Age 82. Resident of Erlanger, KY. Died, Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the Baptist Village Care Center, Erlanger, KY. Retired iron worker for the International Brotherhood of Iron Workers’ local 550, Cncinnati, OH. Enjoyed fishing, hunting and fixing items for family and friends. SERVICES 12:30 PM Wednesday, September 11th Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Robbins Street and Madison Avenue, Covington, KY. INTERMENT Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, KY. VISITATION 10:30AM until hour of service wednesday at the funeral home. MEMORIALS, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 522 Cincinnati Mill Drive, Suite C218, Cincinnati, OH 45240. Preceded in death by his: wife-Nellie Wanda Dawalt Puckett (2006); daughter- Twyla McElfresch (1997); brother-Virgil; sisters-Alice, Emma, Linda, and Lucille. Surviving are his: daughter- Cindy (Don) Barnett, Elsmere, KY; sons-Phillip Puckett, Erlanger, KY, David Puckett, Covington, KY, John (Pat) Puckett, Covington, KY; 4-grandchildren; 5-great grandchidlren; brothers-Oliver K.
