Cecil Ernest Marcum, Sr. age 76, Residence of Covington, KY. Died Monday, October 19, 2015 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Ft. Thomas, KY. He was a fenceman for the Chestnut Fencing Company, Independence, KY. SERVICE 6pm Friday, October 23rd Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Robbins Street and Madison Avenue, Covington, KY. VISIATION 4pm until hour of service friday at the funeral home. INTERMENT 12 noon Saturday, October 24th Squire-Marcum Cemetery, Manchester, KY. Preceded in death by his: wife-Lillian Mills Marcum; sons-Cecil Ernest Marcum, Jr. and Cecil Wayne Marcum; parents-Green and Della Roberts Marcum; sister-Juanita Bowman; brothers- Prentice, John and Rufus Marcum. Surviving are his: daughters:Cecilia Hansel, Juanita Webster, Catherine Turner, Eva O’Rourke; son-Randy Marcum; stepson-Benny Saylor and several grand and great grand children.
