MEMORIAL SERVICE. 6:00PM Wednesday June 15th, Allison & Rose Funeral Home Robbins Street and Madison Avenue, Covington, KY. VISITATION, Wednesday June 15hth 4:00PM until 6:00PM at the Funeral Home. Preceded in death by his: parents-Carl, Sr. and GeneveLinton Raper, and sister- Rae Carol Tucker, He is survived by his: brothers- Joesph, Indendence, KY, Gary, Erlanger, KY; sisters- Joyce Raper, Independence, KY, Peggy Colston and Melinda Smith Covington, KY.
