She is survived by her: beloved husband of 59 years Freedis Sebastian; 5-children; Debbie (Rick) Kruse, Taylor Mill, KY, Theresa (Ronnie) Wooton, Independence, KY, Kim (John) Little, Independence, KY, Jeff (Micki) Sebastian, Taylor Mill, KY, Tammie (Doug) Herald, Florence, KY; 10-grandchildren; 5 great grandchidlren and brother Robert (Faye) Turner.
